Scholar Metrix EdLearning Solutions, LLC — Digital Purchase & Refund Policy
This policy covers digital products sold on scholarmetrix.com, including the 25 Essential Math Skills Digital PDF Package and the 25 Essential Math Skills Instructor's Key.
What you are buying. Digital products are PDF files delivered as a download. No physical book is shipped. Printing costs are the buyer's responsibility. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Delivery. After your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a secure download link. The link expires 24 hours after your first download, so save your files to your device once you download them. If your email does not arrive within one hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.
Lost or expired links. If your link expires before you save your files, email us with your order number and we will send a new link.
All sales are final. Because digital files cannot be returned once they are delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products, except in the cases below.
When we will issue a refund. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
You were charged more than once for the same product.
Your files are damaged or will not open, and we cannot send you working files within 3 business days.
You paid but never received a download link, and we cannot deliver your files within 3 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5–10 business days.
How to request help or a refund. Email hello@scholarmetrix.com with your name, order number, and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.
Print editions. Printed copies of 25 Essential Math Skills are sold through Amazon. Amazon handles shipping and returns for those orders under its own policies.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy. The version posted on this page on the date of your purchase applies to your order.
