This policy explains what information Scholar Metrix EdLearning Solutions, LLC ("Scholar Metrix," "we") collects through scholarmetrix.com and how we use it.

Email signups. When you request a free sample or join our email list, we collect your first name and email address.
Purchases. When you buy a product, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Contact requests. When you email us or use our contact form, we collect the information you send.
Site use. Our website host, Squarespace, uses cookies and similar tools to run the site, keep your cart working, and measure traffic.
How we use it.
To deliver your purchase, free sample, and download links.
To send learning resources and product updates if you signed up for them.
To answer your questions and handle refunds.
To keep records required for taxes and accounting.
Email list. Requesting a free sample adds you to our email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. Buying a product does not add you to the list unless you check the signup box at checkout.
Who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website and checkout), Stripe (payments), and our email service, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Children. Our products are used by students, but this website is meant for parents, guardians, teachers, and tutors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices. You may ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@scholarmetrix.com and we will respond within 30 days. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Security. We use reputable providers and limit who can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
